UTTP High Council Court

In a typical courthouse, everyone is asked to stand up when the judge arrives. He may test to see if his gavel is working the way it's supposed to. After that, people can sit back down as the judge declares court in session. All of this applies to the UTTP High Council Court, whether there is a criminal/civil case going on.
